Our boiler shut down, we have a newborn baby and Baxi completely let us down. Again. Being desperate I put the job out online via Worcester-Bosch website. I had 6 quotes. All were unreasonable in comparison and when I told them about Peacocks quote they all offered to price match, so they were not trustworthy in my opinion. Taking advantage of the fact I was in dire need. Des on the other hand was an absolute legend, popped over in his own evening time, as he didn’t want to price without seeing (the others didn’t) The same evening I had a very professional quote, which I agreed to. The next day Des collected the boiler even though he was on another job. The day after he and his colleague Jordan turned up not on time, but early! Brilliantly dismantled the old knacker and even disposed of it. The new boiler is phenomenal and perfectly fitted, excellent workmanship, and they’re great lads too. Our boiler had a leak so I called Des in the morning, and eventhough he had a very busy day, managed to come round in the evening and fixed the issue right away. I cannot recommend Des enough as this is the second time he's fixed our boiler in the last 4 months and both times he's been efficient and reliable. Absolutely fantastic service from Des and his team, our old boiler broken down and Des came to have a look and then replace it on the same day as unfortunately old one was beyond repair.
