No problems at all with this place . Wanted a cheap place to stay ( Ludlow is very expensive ) as was visiting friends for a night out . Staff were very helpful. Facilities are basic but all perfectly cleaned. This was the only place with 2 rooms (during the Races I think!) but at £40 a night per room you can’t complain! No breakfast but tea/coffee/kettle in rooms and in shared communal area. Also there is a cafe attached but you are spoilt for choice in Ludlow re places to get a good breakfast just minutes away. Fine. Comfortable and friendly.they even stored my bike for me safely and secure.Only little thing would be the telly in the family room needed binoculars to see from the double bed. Really good value for money. Staff very friendly and room lovely with loads of tea and coffee and bottled water. Only downside is only twin single beds and other guests talking loudly late in the night and early morning. Had breakfast in the centres cafe and whilst not the cheapest, certainly worth the price due to the quality of the products and outstanding service and friendliness we encountered. More...

Virtually in the town centre and with plenty of free parking this was an affordable overnight for me and my 11 year old grandson. The entrance approach is pretty and inviting and the room was clean with all mod cons. We had arranged to be there between 18.00 and 19.00 but on arrival found the place locked so had to phone for someone to come and welcome us in. The room was really a single with an extra bed squeezed in but adequate for our needs.Very helpful to have a fridge and microwave available. We had breakfast in the adjoining cafe where staff were friendly and a good choice of food and prices. Half hotel and half hostel, not luxury but worth a visit. More...

This establishment is run by a charity within the walls of Ludlow. Compared to other hotels etc it is by far the cheapest, having said that for some reason Ludlow seems to be a fairly expensive place to stay overnight. ||Check in is nice and easy, with really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms tend to be upstairs, with a lift if required. We booked a double room, which was small to say the least, but suitable if just used for sleeping. Bottled water, tea/coffee/chocolate supplied in the room with a kettle. If more is required they are located downstairs near a fridge and microwave. There is a communal lounge,||The beds are comfortable and shower/bathroom nice and clean.
