My wife and I were appalled when our computers were hacked and contaminated with viruses recently. The company whose experts used to visit and help us with computer problems was no longer functioning. Fortunately, we found Ali Hussein of Paddington who visited us and was infinitely patient, courteous and competent. He explained everything in a comprehensible way, and took our computers away briefly to his workshop, returning them restored to new, with viruses removed, and all our precious work intact. My screen fell on the ground and broke on my Mac book air and I was devastated. I found PC MAC through BARK, and Ali was quick to respond. My Macbook Air had slowed down to a crawl which was very frustrating and Ali gave me his diagnosis over the phone with cost and timing.
