The LED and touchscreen broke on my work phone and I had data that I wanted off the phone. They confirmed they do not need to wipe any data to replace the screen, this and the reviews convinced me to go to them and I am glad I did. They are very friendly and quick to respond to emails. After using a few phone repair shops in the past and having a bad experience, I came across PC Revamp after a friend had passed me a business card. I read some of their online reviews and was quite impressed. I booked an appointment to have my phone screen fixed. The repair was done in a timely manner. I’ve used these a couple of times for an iPad and iPhone and they’ve always been great! I used someone else in York prior and had an awful experience, then luckily got recommended PC Revamp & was so impressed! Honest, friendly, reliable, fast and prices are great! I was in last week for my daughters phone and wasn’t convinced it was repairable, however it was done within a couple of hours. When she got home she didn’t believe it was her phone! I was also impressed with the cost as I’d thought it would be a lot more. We moved away for a few years so I had to use a couple of other people and had awful experiences with both! I contacted pc Revamp with regards to getting 2 iPad Air batteries replaced. I was offered excellent advice, and they were good enough to fit me in as I was only visiting York for a short stay. The price I paid was considerably lower than the quote I’d received from a official Apple store. And the iPads were ready before the time they had said they would be done. These guys were amazingly kind and helpful!!! My phone had got wet in my pocket while it was raining and came up with the blue screen of death. .. I took it into the shop after leaving it off for a couple of days and they dried it out fully and got it working back to normal within about 15 minutes!! And they didn't even charge me! :) I know a lot of places probably would have done so I really appreciated this and just how kind and friendly they were.
