I sent my laptop off to another company - it took 2 months to be returned - told me it cannot be repaired - laptop was returned with screws missing- dents next to mouse pad and rubber strip missing underneath…I was furious 😡 I then gave it to Graham PC Repairs Croydon Ltd - within hours he solved the problem - this guy is a genius - I cannot recommend enough - I WILL be passing on his details to future people - ITS SOOO GOOD WHEN YOU FIND INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE LIKE THIS…👍 Graham….Thank you

My pc stopped working so I searched online for a repair centre near me. I was quite impressed by the reviews on PC Repairs Croydon's website. I then contacted them, I am glad I did! I dropped my pc off around midday and within 2 hours Graham told me that the problem was the hard drive that needed to be replaced. He fixed it the same day and I was able to collect it the next day with windows and an anti-virus softwares installed. Now my computer is completely renewed at an affordable price too. Graham worked on my laptop on Tuesday after I had told him that I was not able to sign in. This was because my laptop's keyboard was unable to present the characters as I typed them. He told me that there was a technical problem. I had previously called Microsoft and after sending several hours with them they could not help me. Graham was very able to work out what the problem was and to correct it. The cost of the repair was good and definitely not as expensive as taking it to the shop where I had bought it from. Awesome service, a real God send. PC bricked after Windows update. Called Graham in the morning. He had a look at pc at no cost at 13. 00. By 13.20 he had confirmed a dead mother board and in need of a new pc. For a very decent fee within an hour he had extracted the hard drive (containing data I needed) and converted it into an external USB drive to plug into a new computer. Quite a nice guy but quite out of his depth in terms of high ends PC's asked him to fix or diagnose my gaming pc as the liquid cooler failed. Gave it back without fixing the issue and not even cleaning the pc as I requested for. Quite poor if you want high end service with people who know what they are doing go to pc tech in South Croydon. I had a problem connecting my laptop which I only use at home to Wi-FI . Graham spent 10-15 minutes checking it and advised me to restart my internet router at home.
