I am beyond happy with Pc Partners and I can't recommend them highly enough! My pc would not turn on and none of my data was backed up. I went to a renowned store where I was informed that it would cost me £60 to send my pc away and another £90 to retrieve data as well as the cost of parts. The time estimation was two weeks. In the meantime, it was suggested that it would not be worth the cost and that I should consider buying a new pc as the motherboard had gone. I found PC Partners on line and I was invited to take my pc in straight away! The problem was diagnosed immediately and it was the motherboard. 48 hours later, the part was replaced and my pc was returned in full working order with everything exactly the way it was prior to beaking down at a cost far less than anticipated. I can't recommend PC Partners highly enough. After going to a well known PC store, I was told that my PC was going to be cheaper to replace rather than have repaired but they would still need to send it off for a fee of £60 and another £90 to retrieve my data.
Not counting the cost of repair and parts and a wait time of 10 days to a fortnight before I get it back.
Needless to say, I was not impressed!
Nick identified the problem straight away and I had my pc back in full working order within 48 hours. He even backed up all my data on an external device at no extra cost. I am beyond happy and I know where to go in the future. Many thanks!
