Just back from collecting my MacBook after having it repaired with PC CLINIC, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Had a first class service from start to finish and I’m chuffed to bits to get it back in full working order. The guys there are very helpful and talk through things with you so you understand what they mean and the information that they provide is great, they gave me a number of options to repair my MacBook and did not put me under and pressure to decide which option to go with. I have recently visited this place a couple of weeks ago and they are no negative things I could say about this place. The people here are super helpful and don’t try to sell you something straight away as other previous places similar to this one did. I bought a gaming pc from here and It is brilliant! The pc is super fast and there is no lag at all. It runs games smoothly with absolutely no lag even the larger games that take up quite a bit of space can run smoothly and again with no lag. This is a brilliant place for buying computers and resolving your issue you may have with your computer or mobile device they can also fix broken or faulty computer as well as mobile devices. I can only say great things about this place. Went in with a hard drive error (turned out it needed to be replaced), firstly the speed in which the repair was done - only a day or two - was amazing. Secondly when it came to choosing a new hard drive the staff patiently went through the pros and cons of the different choices with me to help me reach the best decision (Their customer service as a whole was great). And lastly the price was incredibly reasonable and the job was done perfectly. Honestly cant think of a way they could have provided a better service. 10/10 would recommend !!! More...

I had a 1TB hard drive that had become corrupted and unreadable. The PC Clinic were able to recover almost all of the data to a new hard drive with great efficiency while their update service let me know what was going on. Thank you for recovering almost 10 years of teaching resources! More...

Having used other local PC repair and received poor service I tried the PC Clinic. Although they seem more expensive initially the professional work carried out and parts used are in the long run pays off. I had a PC rebuilt and cannot fault the work that has been done with the addition of rescuing data from after my hard drive was in fault but mother board was renewed, the other local so called experts took 12 weeks before informing they could not replace my type of mother board apart from a second hand one. Smashed phone screen was replaced quickly, and they kept in touch regarding what stage the repairs were at (e.g - letting me know the replacement screen was ordered, and then when it arrived) As well as this, they replaced my camera lens cover for no extra cost, as it had fallen off several months before

Last week, my computer was hacked, and entry was denied to me ... The horrendous feeling that you have lost everything … address book, letters, and most of all, the many photos that can never be replaced, I would not wish on anyone!

So grateful to Kyle and Co at P C Clinic for the professional, patient and sympathetic way they handled my situation … Now, a week later ... and after turning up on their doorstep, computer under my arm, a total of, I think, three times, without them groaning once … (visibly, anyway!) … all is now returned to normal. I am so relieved and cannot speak too highly of their efforts! Have learnt my lesson, and backing up of important data will now happen on a regular basis!

Absolutely fantastic service from the guys today. Dropped phone in at 10, soaking wet and unresponsive. The guys kept me informed of their progress on my phone throughout the day and fitted new screen and battery plus some other techy parts and at a really reasonable price. Took my daughter's laptop to the PC Clinic for repair as the screen had broken. At the time was advised that they would aim to complete the repair within 3 working days. Less than 4 hours after dropping the laptop off I received a text to say the laptop was ready for collection.
