Our choc lab ‘Darcy’ absolutely loves her walks with Paws Outdoors. Marc is always accommodating and able to fit her in at short notice, which is much appreciated! Alex is great with her and Darcy clearly adores him, enjoying every outing and comes home happy and content!Superb service, reliable, friendly and great value, always good to know there is someone we can trust with our family dog if we are not able to walk her ourselves. Marc has been helping with our family’s dogs for nearly 3 years.He has walked dogs, provided day care, overnight stays and help with training. Both our dogs are excited to see him or his assistant Alex, we are certain they have a good time. In fact I have bumped into Alex and Marc whilst dog walking and our dogs are incredibly keen to greet him and want to say hello to the dogs being walked.Both our dogs were rescue puppies when we got them- the elder of the two clearly had a rough time in his youth and is quite anxious, standing apart from the “pack”; Marc has accommodated his behaviour really well and he is slowly becoming more sociable with other dogs.We feel our dogs are safe, well cared for and that they genuinely enjoy their time with Marc and his team. We use Pawzoutdoors on a regular basis and have done so for years. Our Labrador Bella absolutely loves staying with Mark and the rest of the family (humans and canine! ) . Mark could not be more flexible and accommodating when we use the boarding services. Pick up and drop off time is flexible and I am always re-assured that Bella is in good hands for a number of reasons: mark's formal qualifications, the regular and varied walking trips mark undertakes is what Bella loves and finally it's 'home from home' - the fact that boarding is at a home rather than kennels is the most important factor for me.Well done pawzoutdoors for a 5 star service from us and Bella . Marc is fantastic. He has given my wife and I the tools to train our Chocolate Lab, which has made walking much more enjoyable. Most importantly, Marc has been available, week in, week out, and at short notice, to walk our dog when we aren't able to as a result of work hours. I can't recommend Pawz Outdoors enough. Marc offers a fantastic service and our dog is walked, looked after during the day and often boards when we go away. We have also had training which has been fantastic and an hour with Marc was of more use than the previous six weeks of going to classes else where! Our dog loves going out with Pawz Outdoors and we are happy in the knowledge that he is being very well looked after and treated like part of the family when he stays. I was recommended Pawz Outdoors by word of mouth and I can honestly say I am so happy and grateful to have come across them.
Marc has been fantastic with our young, energetic and particularly big poodle, who at one time was suspicious of new people but now clearly gets excited about day care. He's smiling and wagging his tail as soon as he realises we are heading there - which considering he's pretty clever is generally over two miles before!
Marc has been flexible with times and has extended day care at short notice when I needed it, he has also been brilliant at giving us tips and advice on dog training - he clearly has an innate ability with dogs. Our poodle comes home so content and happy, it's lovely to see, he often has a few walks during the day, both on and off lead. We've noticed a real change in his heal work, he has most definitely improved on lead - I'm sure this is mostly down to the work Marc has done with him. Pawz Outdoors are so good at catering for the needs of a variety of dogs of all ages, breeds and abilities. For our poodle, who loves the company of his own kind it's perfect - we are extremely lucky to have found Pawz Outdoors.
