We have used Gary for a few years now and retained his services for our Labrador for weekly walks. Our dog is a rescue and is nervous around people but bonded well with Gary. Gary has been walking my 2 dogs for two years now. I can highly recommend his service, my 2 dogs are very high maintenance and high energy and Gary has always dealt with the problems thrown at him without an issue, he is flexible and accommodating to requests and reasonably priced. We've just used Gary at Paws-At-Home for the first time and will definitely be using his services again. Our cat, Zelda, is elderly and therefore too old for a cattery. He came round to meet us before our holiday and put our mind at rest - he is extremely polite, well mannered and trustworthy and made us feel totally comfortable leaving Zelda in his capable hands. We opted for 2 visits per day and whilst we were away I emailed him for updates, which he was always quick to respond. We've come home to a very happy cat and Gary has two, sorry three, very happy customers!

Gary has looked after our cat on the last three times we've been away and we are very happy with the service he provides and have recommended him to friends. From first meeting him it was clear that he is very professional and caring and has a genuine interest in, and affection for, the animals he takes care of. When we come home from holiday it's obvious that our cat has been taken good care of and when speaking to Gary afterwards we can tell he's spent quality time with him because he seems to know his character so well. We have used Gary for 2-3 years now and found him to be very professional and passionate about his work. He takes the time to get to know about our animals and their requirements. Gary has looked after my 3 cats on several occasions whilst I have been on holiday and I would happily recommend him to anyone who wants their pets cared for in their absence. Can't recommend Gary enough he has been fantastic, I've used him several times now to look after my 2 cats - he sends me picture updates of them and emails me how they are doing - he takes great care of them, they are fed, watered and he makes sure there cleanliness is spot on, Alfie & Fliss love him - 10/10 Gary keep doing what you're doing because you're ace at what you do!!!

Our rescue cat hates cat baskets so going on holiday always started with a traumatic experience going to the cattery. My husband found this service a couple of years ago and we have been using Gary ever since. Gary has been looking after my 2 cats for the last 2 years when we go away on holiday, I love the service Gary offers, I previously used to put my cats in a cattery which they hated, they used to come back thin and nervous. Having Gary coming to my house daily to look after the cats is an absolute god send it also reassures me while I am away, he changes the cat litter, feeds, changes the water and pets my cats. I know that my cats like Gary as they offer him more affection than me. Both Gary and his dad, Derek, have been walking my Staffie, Bruno, for around 18 months now while I am at work. Bruno loves them both and that's all the reassurance I need to know that I have chosen the right dog walkers. Paws At Home are happy to adjust visits accordingly, say if your dog is on medication, if your dog has just had an operation and needs shorter walks and will be accommodating if there's a change of plan last minute. I've lost count the number of times my plans have altered and I've needed them to step in. Another huge bonus is that they only walk dogs within the same household together - my boy's not the most sociable! Also, Gary has fed and cleaned out my guinea pigs and rabbits, even letting them out for exercise. Gary has looked after Sam since we first got him when he was 13 weeks old. We have never had a problem with Gary and he's never missed a day, we trust him implictily with Sam, the house and our two cats who he lets in and out when he comes in to walk Sam. Gary has been very flexible and accommodating even with short notice changes to our schedule which we greatly appreciate. I have been using Gary's Paws-At-Home service for roughly 18 months. Initially 3 days a week, but for the last 3 months 5 days a week. I walk my dog myself before I go to work, but was concerned about him being left for so long before I got home at 6pm. Gary has a key to my house and he calls to walk Buster each day early afternoon. This breaks the day up for my dog and gives me peace of mind. I'll then walk him again when I get home in the evening. I know ... he's a pampered pooch! Gary goes above and beyond! I live outside of his market area, but we negotiated a very reasonable mileage rate and in return he will text me if Buster appears to have an upset stomach or he's noticed anything untoward. He's even cleared up after him if he's had a rare accident in the house. When I go to a workshop of a weekend or know that I'm going to be out of the house for most of the day Gary will gladly accommodate all my requests. I live alone, so he's a God send. I would unreservedly recommend Gary. He is personable, pleasant and loves animals. I trust him implicitly with my house and my dog's well being. He knows all of my dogs qwerks - hates the postman, delivery man and other dogs!!!! So all in all he's like the Dog Whisperer.
