Took my little Bichon here recently for a fairly complex groom, the owner Rosie was so nice and welcoming, she asked about all the specifics I like in my dogs groom and about the dog also, it was a very personalised experience which is a lot better service than i've had from other dog groomers in the area, very well priced and a great groomer, so I will be returning and would recommend 5*. Rosie was incredible with my rescue dog @lilythegreek She put Lily at ease and after having her for 10 years this is most definitely the best groom she has ever had! Rosie has wonderful attention to detail, and she also discovered a lump on Lily which I had no idea was there! Full Pamper with Styling
Our full pamper service is the ultimate spa experience for your pet to make them look and feel pawfect. The full pamper has the additional benefit of clearing your pet’s groin area and optional, but complimentary, teeth cleaning. Included in this service, are of course the bubble bath and pawdicure.
We then begin your dogs haircut and styling in accordance to what overall look you have requested in your initial consultation.
Brush and Bubble Bath
A relaxing bubble bath combined with a massage. Your pet will also enjoy a banana facial to help remove any tough dirt, grease and stubborn staining around the face. The conclusion of this pamper session is a gentle fluff dry and brush to keep your dog looking and feeling their best!
Puppy Introductory Package
It is vital for your puppy to be introduced to the grooming process in the early stages of their life. Becoming familiar with the routine of grooming and the groomer themselves from the beginning, thus making them feel more comfortable and confident for future pampering, is unbeatable.
We ease each puppy in slowly, introducing each new step at their own pace so that they learn how to relax and enjoy a groom.
Their first groom is based solely on what your puppy is comfortable with. Here at Pawfectly, lots of love, attention and cuddles is a must anyway, but even more so for puppies. Not only because they are so adorable, but that extra love and consistent reassurance helps your pup understand the process.
However, a typical puppy groom includes a bubble bath, pawdicure, a slow introduction to scissoring and also the the feeling and sound of clippers. Please note, we will not clip your puppy’s coat for two reasons. The first being, it would likely be too much for a puppy during their first experience and secondly, it is crucial to ensure the coat has fully developed before clipping.
De Shedding
This spa package is designed for dogs with an undercoat. This helps their natural deshedding process, making them feel more comfortable and keeping your dogs skin and coat condition as healthy as can be! Not to mention, reducing the hair you are inevitably finding all around your home.
For some owners, we understand you may prefer to keep your dogs appearance natural and untouched. However, if you would like us to tidy them up a little, we are happy to do this for you. Included in this service, are of course the bubble bath and pawdicure.
Pawdicure (nail cutting)
Trimming the nails and between the paw pads followed by a paw massage with award winning paw balm.
Hand Stripping
Depending on the type of coat your dog has, they may benefit from being hand stripped. The main aim of the process is to maintain their healthy skin and coat by removing dead hair which in turn stops follicles becoming clogged and irritated. This also contributes to nurturing the gorgeous rich colour of your dog’s coat. We would be pleased to assist and discuss with you if this is the ideal type of groom for your pet. Included in this service, are of course the bubble bath and pawdicure.
