Hi, my name is Shelly and I am a qualified Massage Therapist with a diploma in Holistic and Deep Tissue massage , based in Oving, Chichester. I gained my qualification from the Jing institute in Brighton.

I use a fusion of Eastern and Western techniques in all of my treatment's such as such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, amma fusion, stretches and soft tissue release.
Blending all of these techniques together in a client tailored holistic treatment not only provides a relaxing massage but also helps to achieve more effective results in reducing discomfort and pain- for conditions such as chronic back ,neck and shoulder pain ,headaches and many more conditions.

Aftercare and self help advise is an important aspect of my sessions as this enables my clients to use stretching and various techniques to work on areas of tensions and tightness at home.

I myself for many years have had regular massage treatments for not only a bit of 'me time'(although I do love that aspect of massage) but to help with my own areas of chronic pain. It has benefitted my hugely in many aspects of my life and so I would love to share my passion for massage with you.
