During Covid times I offer online secure, telephone and Walk and Talk therapy which meets the boundaries of professional confidentiality in the Churt/Frensham Hindhead area.

I welcome supporting you to enhance your sense of wellbeing with difficulties which may arise from workplace, health, identity grieving, equality and diversity, discrimination, autism and learning disabilities, life changes and transitions, spiritual distress, Covid 19.

I am grateful for the opportunity to provide a service to people which may change the way in which they interact with the world for them in a better way.
I believe it is vitally important that we feel as fully alive as possible in this world and bring our own unique gifts to life. I am grateful and humbled for the opportunity to be a part of this for others as a result of our work together.

I have owned a business previously in the U.S. -Mother Anita's - in which I worked to develop aromatherapy based products for improving wellbeing. I loved the opportunity to empower others and enjoy the connection with nature and the healing present there.
I am inspired to offer counseling/coaching during these times in which more people face more challenges, stress and loss of aspects of our lives.
I am committed to assist people to be empowered through self awareness that comes from coaching and therapy to manage their grief, loss, stress, sadness and worry about themselves, others, and the planet .

I am a non judgemental, present relational coach and therapist who is clinically trained and trauma and eco informed.
This means you will receive your chosen approach to growth and change in a way which is aware of how the world effects you and you effect the world.
I have been in ceremony with indigenous elders of the Maya and Native American tradition, educated and licensed in Counseling and massage therapy, ordained as an interfaith minister I practice integration daily within myself and with nature. I am a present, attentive counselor and guide. You will experience me as warm, open hearted, with professional boundaries and a deep respect for individuals knowing their own way intuitively.
I have over 35 years practicing integrating education and training in mind, body and spiritual wellbeing in daily living and understand the challenges which come with this practice and with living life.

I can provide secure online therapy, life coaching, wellbeing coaching and psychotherapy.
I use secure What's App video conferencing.

If we meet face to face, we are meeting outdoors and engaging in walk and talk therapy or simply being outdoors without walking.
I utilize flow testing regularly to assure I am Covid Free, and adhere to current government guidelines.

Services

Working from your strengths and goals to identify specific changes you would like to make to feel better physically , emotionally or mentally or spiritually . Short term therapy is generally 8-12 sessions.
Think of it as supported problem solving, looking at what you can do to support your changes you desire and what you know may be holding you back, but you can't get through without support.

The time spent together is person centred, focuses on what you bring to sessions, and is a deeper look into the areas that cause you the most worry or heartache that you are aware of. It may bring about a deeper understanding of what is there but you are not able to see which is causing stress, worry, concern, anxiety.
We will contract together about our working relationship so that you are clear about our first session, how the work is reviewed , and how we would agree to end therapy.
My focus in all all aspects of therapy is to make a safe space with professional boundaries for you to achieve your goals

To navigate these aspects of life in a way which promotes your personal well being in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual good health is a complex process of meeting and blending financial, moral, institutional, and personal understanding of your role in the world.
Life coaching is a strategy to identify a way to move forward that furthers your wellbeing in an aspect/s of your life in which you develop your understanding of next steps, hold backs and releases. It can focus specifically on a single goal, or encompass a broader set of goals.
Life coaching becomes wellbeing coaching when the emphasis includes mind/body awareness and evaluates the wellbeing of your whole self.

Take life coaching , add a focus on your spiritual, physical and emotional and mental wellbeing and you will be exploring how your life can become less stressed on all levels, happier, what blocks are in the road stopping that from happening, ways to integrate the knowledge of yourself into your everyday life to meet the set backs and disappointments which are an inevitable part of living life.
Wellbeing coaching is a way to extend, improve and acknowledge your overall health .
It is an MOT in which you are/become the technician who holds the understanding to make repairs to your own vehicle.

I was raised as a Christian attending Christian schools, have trained with indigenous elders in the Maya tradition and participated in ceremonies in Native American , Maya and other indigenous traditions.
In 2010 I was ordained an interfaith minister following studies and in support of my belief that no matter what religion/spiritual approach, or even none , there is a need for harmony and recognition of the choice individuals make for themselves in their spiritual life, and the importance of awareness of a spiritual life .
