Mr Paul Matthews of Asset Roofing Specialists is knowledgable, experienced and very competent. He and his amiable team of two coworkers stripped the tiles and felt from my roof, installed Klober Forte breathable felt and treated timber battens, and put back the original tiles and ridge after cleaning them. They fitted a new lead/rubber seal around a soil pipe vent, and new plastic trays and combs to guide rain water into the gutters and to prevent wild life entering the space between the tiles and felt. They are a hard working and very thorough work force and I would recommend them to anybody needing roof repairs. More...

Paul has been great - he helped us when we were buying our house to investigate and ultimately negotiate on a concern raised in our survey, then carried out the work needed on completion. He explained the options, advised us to spend less than we might (to his own cost) and finished the job in a few days. I used Asset Roofing for a small repair a few years ago and was happy with their work. At the time they advised that my roof would need full attention within a few years so when I had water staining a bedroom wall I called them in again, and took their advice that I needed a new roof. My old slate roof proved to be in a very poor condition. I was extremely happy with the quality of the materials used, and the work was carried out professionally by very pleasant roofers.
