What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people with their career, business or leadership development and seeing them grow through executive coaching. I love understanding the challenges leaders face and how we can work together to develop solutions for the future. And in general being a sounding board for advice and development and ensuring that people who need support don't go it alone.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 30 years working within organisations and business I decided to set up my own coaching business to help people. I specialise in leadership, mindset and career coaching to help people with the challenges they face in life and their careers. I share my experience of working across an array industries and sectors experiencing many challenges in both in work and life. I want to help people reinvent themselves, reframe their thinking, help them think differently and most importantly help them get the outcomes they want from their life, their career and support them to get there. As a speaker I look to inspire and create interactive learning environments and leave my audiences with practical big ideas they can implement in their life or workplace.

I'm a good listener, empathetic and able to build meaningful conversations around clients needs and development. All done is a relaxed and friendly manner and most importantly able to create lasting impacts in people's lives through the transformational power of coaching and mentoring. I call our big dreams 'Skyfire Dreams' and I love nothing more then helping clients think big about what they can achieve in life and helping them get there I have an individual coaching programme called You 2.0 and a Leadership Coaching Programme 5.0 which is future focused. At same time understanding some people or leaders may just need help developing winning habits or overcoming obstacles in their life or career or that career transition. And that is where I can help.
And from a speaking perspective I've published a number of books on mindset and leadership with original thinking in these areas that inspire audiences to think differently. I'm very much future focused and can tailor my talks to any event or organisation to deliver their messages intricately within my own content. I talk on Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership, Mindset, Creativity & Innovation.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I'm an online service so I only work remotely as I feel that coaching can take place effectively online. From a speaking perspective I'm happy to travel were required to provide key note talks and provide talks online too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As above I'm an online coach however when providing speaking at locations I am happy to follow the Covid rules of each workplace as required.
