I’ll be honest I was a sceptic. I seemed to have hit an impasse and was struggling to take the next step with my business. Paul kindly offered to give me a session to see if it would help. In little over an hour he helped me realise what was holding me back. No use of tricks, no patronising, no putting words in my mouth, just using EFT. The use of this combined with his business coaching has reinvigorated myself and my business and now I am well under way with my next branch. After one session with Paul, my anxiety immediately reduced a fraction of what it used to be, and has stayed that way. I have suffered with Anxiety for many years, have tried meditation, CBT, exercise, diet, and still couldn't get to the root of it.
Paul's expert use of EFT dealt swiftly with an unresolved issue from my early childhood.
I am continuing to work with Paul to improve other areas of my life. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
