I was chatting to Szymon and we agreed on day and time.He called to say he would be an hour behind schedule which I agree
Eventually two young boys knocked
I asked for ID nothing shown
I asked who is Szymon and one of them said he was
I told him straightaway that he did not sound like the SzymonI have been talking to
He said if I would not allow them to do the cleaning Istill have to pay the full amount
Since Iwouldn’t want any young person to start shouting or display aggression,Ijust let them because my cleaner was present as well
I was expecting Szymon to call me for a review or the work he sent someone to do but he never did
I waited for over a week before letting him know about the unsatisfactory job done and his own unprofessional behaviour
He response was uncalled for and unprofessional
