What do you love most about your job?
I love being present with people as they get to know themselves on a deeper level . I feel being a counsellor is a very special and privileged job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to become a counsellor because I get great joy from helping others find answers to deep questions and make life-changing decisions from first changing themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose to work with counsellors that resonate with them, It is vitally important the client feels understood and heard by the counsellor if there is to be a successful therapeutic relationship.
Clients might consider working with me if they have issues with stress, anxiety, depression or existential questions about life.

Yes, all sessions take place on Zoom. Sessions last 50 minutes and a link will be sent to the client's email address before the session starts.

Hi! Do you want to calm your 100mph mind? Stop re-living the past? Are exhausted from worrying about the future? Do you have issues with anger, anxiety or other emotions that can overwhelm you? Are you on the spiritial path and are being called to do some shadow work? It may be time to consider working with someone 1-1 who can hold space as you get to know yourself on a deeper level and begin to integrate and heal.
