We managed to get Patrick for a last minute micro wedding, and we are so thankful we did. He even managed to find time for an engagement shoot, which was a great way to get used to being in front of the camera. From start to finish, he was a calm and professional presence, and managed to capture the day without it feeling like one long, staged, photo shoot. The photos are wonderfully high quality, and were delivered very quickly. We could not be happier with them, they captured the joy and emotion of the day in a way we weren’t sure was possible. We hired Patrick to take photos of our wedding reception because we loved the candid style of his photos and he really put us at ease when we met for a chat and some trial photos.
On the night itself, he captured so many lovely moments of us with our friends and family. His photos really captured the feel of the night.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There is no secret. It all comes down to a good understanding and working relationship. Trust is a huge aspect as well.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What ideas or vision they have for the project/shoot they have in mind. Any specific locations that they would like or how they want the shoot to be styled.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because every day is different. Each day comes with its own challenges and i love to problem solve, and if eveything comes together then its a win. Meeting new people and hearing their story, having an element of producing imagery that will have lasting memories or help boost your business is what matters most to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the freedom to choose how and when i work. Finding new clients is sometimes a thankless task but when the right one comes along it is all worth it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am 100% committed to every client, old and new. I have such a drive and passion to create the best photos I can with whatever issues I may face. I like to work on a personal level, so if you tell me straight then you should expect the same back from me :)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
So I am fully vaccinated with having both vaccines. Masks are always used when working indoors and when in close proximity to clients. Outdoor sessions are a little more relaxed but if clients wish for strict measures to be in place to make them feel more at ease then its fine by me.
