I can't recommend this company enough!

I was nervous about starting the journey towards solar panels on my house because I didn't know a lot about them and feared that I would get ripped off as I had heard horror stories from friends that used other companies.

I needn't have worried at all thanks to Patricia and the wonderful team at Fresh Electrical!

From the very first call with Patricia, I felt like I was in good hands. She was incredibly patient with me and all of my questions and didn't try to hard sell me at any point throughout the process.

I booked in for the install, which happened very quickly and everything that Patricia promised happened exactly as she had described.

The fitting team were incredible! They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and got the system installed for me in 1 day!

They patiently talked me through the system and showed me how to use the app to monitor the panels and their input.

Even though its late November and the weather is far from sunny, the panels are generating at least 50% of my total electricity needs during the day and there are points (even on cloudy days) when I'm getting over 100% which is excellent as I'm getting a charge on the batteries to use when the sun goes down.

I can't wait till next summer when I can really see how the system performs and no doubt will be purchasing more batteries from Patricia!

This company is first class and you are in good, safe hands if you use them.

The process was very smooth from the start. We had a very helpful Zoom call with Patricia who explained what was required. Having accepted the quote, we were pleased to discover that the panels and other equipment could be installed the following week (despite living 300 miles away from their premises!). I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I just feel I should. For the benefit of other people in my position.
I’m a low income family. On benefits and a single parent with six children.
I never thought I would be able to have solar panels but after about 20 turn aways because I’m not eligible to get help with my astronomically high electricity bills a lady called Patricia called me.
Patricia took the time to do a zoom call with me and went through the whole process with me.
I’m sceptical about zoom but it was actually really beneficial to me.
Patricia didn’t just take me through the process of solar panels from start to finish. She went through the finances with me and applied with me right there and then!
And I was accepted!!
I really felt valued despite my economic status and felt she really cares about people’s economic status with the ever increasing bills.
She made a plan with me to help me try and pinpoint why my bills are so high and where and what time of day seems to be an issue.
This care and attention to my situation is invaluable.
I believe Patricia could change the lives of many families on a low income like mine. And it really is life changing. The amount I’ve been paying for my bills has been crippling.
I’m extremely grateful for the consideration and time Patricia gave my circumstances. Even more so the conclusion of one call with her and in less than two weeks I will have solar panels installed!!
