What do you love most about your job?
I get the opportunity to create beautiful cakes which are really tasty and contribute to peoples special events such as weddings, birthdays and other celebrations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This was a long standing dream of mine and now is the right time. After having my daughter the business helps provide me with a great work/life balance.

I have a passion for what I am doing, I care about quality and give a great customer experience. Also, I have many years experiences working in 5 star hotels and within the hospitality industry where I have been trained to the highest standards of excellence. Also, I have gained a superb level of customer service and care. As an award winning Pastry Chef I can create beautiful and unique cakes for your special event.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow the highest level of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Cleanliness. I also review regularly any changes required to these standards. I also regularly update my Food Hygiene certificates.
Weddings & Celebration Cakes
I use many different elements in my cakes which include:
- Sugar flowers
- Handmade edible figurines and accessories
- Fondant and buttercream finish
- Macarons & Decorated cookies for wedding favours and other events.
