Lock down birthday...who would expect it? Not what I had in mind for my 40th celebration! However, I have not given up on idea to celebrate in style (even with my house being a building site haha) - so with my outfit planned and food ordered you can imagine the panic when I asked my husband if he ordered me any balloons. ..and he said NO!!!! This is now Sunday mid day and my birthday is the next day, which so happen to be Bank Holiday! Who do I ring??? Party Genie! No problem, I hear from Nalini - just give me your husband's number and we will take care of it! And she certainly did! Beautiful balloons arrived next morning ???????????? I wanted to surprise my husband for his 40 and Nalini not only made it a special evening but the most memorable evening .. I cannot imagine this without her support her ideas and making it so classy! She is very proactive helped me not only with ideas but adding more elements to make a best evening for us and for my guest! Sorry for being quite late on sending my review, its been very hectic! Mrinalini, thank you for hosting our daughter's 4th birthday party. She loved the Minnie Mouse theme. A lot of attention to detail had gone to all the party decorations from the party balloons to the minnie mouse themed cookies on display, the table decor as well as the minnie mouse themed party bags. Thank you for taking the time to understand our requirements and also for making great suggestions like the sweet trolley, which was absolutely stunning and received a lot of compliments! The entertainers were great too, always interacting with the kids and ensuring that every single child was on the dance floor, whether it was to play games or to dance. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse mascots made my daughter and all her little friends feel very special and went down a real treat! Only improvement I would suggest would be better communication with regards to the photographer timings (photographer was also arranged by Party Genie). We assumed the photographer was going to be there for the whole party as we had not been advised otherwise and this was the first kids party we had organised. We had planned to cut the cake after the children finished their meal. However, half way through the kids meal, the photographer informed us she had to leave in 5 minutes as she had another job to attend. So we had to drag all the kids away from their meal for the cake cutting (which was a very rushed job) and then get them to finish the rest of the meal, which is not ideal with a group of 4 year olds. This aside, the photographer was very professional and she took some great shots, which left us with some lovely memories! Overall, I would definitely recommend Party Genie and will use them again for future parties. Thank you again! More...

A huge thanks to Nalini and her team. Despite so many obstacles (traffic, roadworks and limited/tight set up time), they got everything ready with 10 minutes to spare. Nalini is a true genie - she worked the magic (plans were changing almost constantly but she managed it all). It was absolutely beautiful and the kids and their parents loved the decoration. Amazing Party Planner & highly recommended !! I can't say enough great things about Nalini and her work !! She went above and beyond with helping to plan my daughter's first birthday party and executed it with top class service. Since it is our first child, I and my husband were completely clueless about hosting a party with guests more than 50 people!! Then like a true "Genie" Nalini happened to me !! She really pulled through literally with everything - right from the party invites ,to the venue, food, to the princess theme decor, dessert table, favour bags & milestone board. Every little detail was taken care by her with utmost dedication and love. Everyone came up to me during the party how beautiful the decor and how delicious the food and specially the cake was ! I was'nt quite sure and dreaded the most about how the butter cream cakes would taste but she was the one who assured me throughout and kept me calm. And yes the cake was the big hit !!! And can vouch for her vendors too. I had always wanted my daughter's 1st birthday party to be beautiful and classy. My dream came true & it was magical.
