My experience with Parallel Fitness has been amazing! I used to have low confidence because of my weight struggles and working at a pace that suited me Casey has restored my confidence through our workouts with his mentoring and encouragement at every session. I would recommend him to anyone!

Working with Casey at Parallel fitness has been so unique to any personal training experience I’ve had before. I have had quite a lot of sessions with parallel fitness LTD and after each one you can not wait to get involved with another. You get pushed to your limits and beyond but the trainer always makes sure you workout to a suitable pace and doesn't rush you into anything until he knows you can handle it. As i have a bad knee he always makes sure my health and wellbeing always comes first. If you are just starting to workout or have been training for years i highly recommend you check out and book a session with parallel fitness, you will not regret it. More...

My reason working parallel fitness and seeing there session are very active you come out of the session sweating and can’t walk lol which shows you put in a serious work out 😁, so I advise people to contact and follow if you want to make progress.👍🏾

By an personal approach to development. We set goals before for we start any type of training and I also discuss how the process will work so each client knows how everything going to happen throughout our journey.

Develop a habit. If this becomes part of your life them life changing situation will occur by making it a chore then you won't experience your full potential.

The journey of each client. I gain personal joy in seeing each person that trains with me transform in to the person then want to be. This is priceless.

I have a passion for helping people. I love being able to be the solution to a problem someone has and also for then to be satisfied with the service ive given to them. Fitness has been part of my life from a very young age for competing in sport such as football, badminton, boxing...ect to using it as a tool to aid mental health . So one day i thought how can i make this into a career?. Start getting my qualifications and then bult the courage to start my business.

We are a relatively new business but full of hunger. Every person that trains with us no only physically change but mentally as well. In order to see longevity the mental has to changes as well and we are an advocate for this.

yes indeed. we provided an option for remote video 1-1 sessions were i coach you through weekly video calls and we also provide online coach where you get personalised programme, weekly check-in sheet to ensure you are staying on track, Nutritional guidance and weekly call catch ups

Here at Parallel fitness we offer a online coaching services for people who are interested in reducing body fat and/or buliding lean muscle.

This service includes:
Weekly checkings
Tailerd programming
Nutritional advice
Out of hour contact

If you feel you are interested free to contact us and booking in a online consultation.

Small group Personal Training is bespoke programming for all fitness level but instead of the session being 121 it will be lead with in a small of 2-4.

This option is a great way in gaining:
