I have used pamered paws for a while now and i wouldnt use anyone else not only is sam a lovely person she really knows what she is doing, my dogs are reassured at her presence and love her to bits as if they were her own dogs . . she leaves my dogs looking beautiful and always cuts to my expectations... my dogs automatically know once theyre cut they get a treat and a fuss ... i highly recommend this lady to anyone her kindness and character really put my dogs at ease and her work is outstanding . We are thrilled with the way "Sam" the groomer treats our Cavapoo "Poppy". We will never have to drag Poppy to be cut again! We didn't realize until we were looking for another groomer, that Pampered Paws even existed. If we would have known, we could have contacted her sooner. Sam is a lovely, caring person & very Professional in what she does. She loves dogs, that shines through in what she does. The time she spends washing & cutting Pops, making sure we are happy with the treatment Poppy gets is second to none. Poppy is treated as if she's Sam's own, we just have to mention Sam's name & Poppy gets excited! If Poppy's lying on the settee & sees Sam walking down the path well! She goes absolutely bonkers (barking & jumping about) after which she sits on the settee shivering waiting for Sam. (Talk about playing her up!) Great service always does a fabulous job of my cocker spaniels hair and he loves Sam to pieces they get along really well there’s always a calm atmosphere which makes him very relaxed and his favourite part is getting a treat at the end I would definitely recommend this service to anyone

Sam is the most patient person and treats all your pets as she would her own. She builds a rapport with your pet before any grooming is carried out and it is obvious that she loves each one and is dedicated to giving a personal service. Sam always discusses your preferences and carries out the treatments and grooming to your requirements whether they are as per traditional cuts for breeds or something more suitable for your (pets) lifestyle. She also gives you tips and advice if you have any questions. My dog was a nervous whinger each time he went to the groomer so I switched to pampered paws and now he and I are much happier to share the experience at home. It was the first time in their 5 year lives for our two Labradoodles to be groomed. We had bathed them occasionally, much to their disgust, but they had never had the full treatment. Both dogs took it very well, thanks to the care and attention Sam gave them to keep them calm. She took the time to get to know them beforehand and would stop if either of them showed any sign of distress (Quincy didn't like the dryer too near his face).The outcome? Both dogs were clean, smelled nice and with their newly trimmed coats, gave the impression of being much slimmer and more comfortable for the summer we should have had but didn't. I would recommend Sam and Pampered Paws to anyone, she was prepared to fit around our lifestyle, the price was very reasonable and above all, the dogs appreciated it!My advice?
