I went to this centre purely by chance. I should say by luck! I took my daughter for her treatment cession that her mum arranged. I jokingly asked if they could put my slipped discs back in place. Andy answered back and explained the science behind slipped disc and how it can be helped. I work in a related profession and I knew what he was saying. In the past more than 2 years I have been suffering from slipped discs in two places in my lower back that gave me a crippling schiatica on my left leg. NHS wouldn’t even diagnose the problem. They literally told me that unless I have become paralysed and lose control of .....they wouldn’t investigate it. I was given painkillers that didn’t help or I had to take a combination of several tablets that literally sedated me to provide me any relief. I bought a new expensive mattress hoping it would help, as my left leg goes into a spasm and gives way, changing gears and driving became a problem. So I changed my car to an automatic. I spend a lot of money on several massage cessions that helped only on the day I got the massage, two chiropractic cessions at a high cost, I attended two different physiotherapists, I went private for MRI after NHS refused to give me a diagnosis again at a high cost. After the private MRI and once my doctors realised the severity of the problem, I was referred to a specialist that repeated the MRI to “double check and confirm” and I was put on a waiting list for surgery of my back. Andy had a look at my back and stance, performed a couple of manipulations of my back and leg and just 3 visits later for acupuncture, I couldn’t believe the difference. Now I’m off medication and I have ruled out the long awaited surgery that is prone to complications and I was even warned that damage to my nerves may have already been done and it may not help. Really great physiotherapy service who are flexible, listen to your needs, are very reasonable in price compared to other private physios and can fit you in quickly. I've seen a number of private physios who don't match up to the service provided here. Previous physios couldn't give me the time or in depth treatment plan I wished for. When I booked my appointment here, I asked for an all over strengthening plan for my hypermobility and that's what I've got. Stephen did a full assessment and gave me the plan I wanted. He's been super flexible with adjusting the plan and dealing with my various injuries (completely unrelated to my treatment) along the way. More...

After physio and acupuncrure to get me back mobile again, it was clear that I needed further treatment. Following a hip replacement after a fall my grandmother was discharged from hospital unable to walk with virtually no NHS physio input. We thought she would never walk again and could barely stand unaided. We arranged a weekly session will Dylan and she is now mobile again. Her progress week on week was amazing and without these sessions she would have been confined to a chair with no quality of life.I would highyly recommend the team at Paisley Physiotherapy Centre. I have spent years trying to find out what has been wrong with my knee. By the time I got to the paisley physio centre I had seen about 8 physios and had a sore knee for nearly 4 years. They helped diagnose the issue and refer me for a scan which showed i needed key hole to fix the issue. They have been really helpful and knowledgeable in the recovery. Excellent service from friendly knowledgeable staff. I'm a Ultra Marathon Runner who has been quite unlucky with injuries during 2016. Each time a different injury from calf muscle tear to knee and back pain. Since I first visited Paisley Physiotherapy Centre they have got to the route cause on the first appointment every time for all the injuries which leaves more time for treatment and rehabiltation plans. Hopefully I won't need to use their services during 2017 however it is good to know they are there. I recommend to anyone who gets injured including my running friends, the shockwave therapy is pretty awesome. More...

I went to see Andy a few months ago now regarding a back problem I had. I'm now in my rehab process and feeling a lot better both physically and mentally and most importantly I'm more content with life. The hands on work, Pilates and other various physio techniques are extremely helpful. Every member of staff is very knowledgable about what they do and I always feel more educated about my injury or problem after each visit!
