Paisley Lifestyle has been an absolute saviour for me. For health reasons I had to make radical changes to my diet last year, meaning that my meals were very different to the rest of the house. Being a busy professional meant that I often found myself snacking on the wrong foods between appointments with my clients which led to gaining a few extra lbs! I’ve just ordered my second lot of 10 meals....wow they are amazing and so filing too. I’ve been having one a day as part of my low calorie diet, and this week have lost 3 pounds. Really look forward to one of these as I know it ticks all the boxes and great that I can warm them up in the microwave knowing it’s nutritiously complete and not lacking on any flavour. Fantastic flavours, a very generous serving and very filling, perfect meal for post workout recovery and giving me the Energy to coach classes all day. I’ve personally tried the Katsu Curry, Lifestyle Chicken Curry, Root Vegetable Chicken Casserole, Shredded Beef Wrap (most definitely my favourite, absolute taste explosion!!!). The meat is obviously excellent quality, all the vegetables are perfectly prepared. I reheated 2 of the meals in the oven and 2 using the microwave, all tasted great. 10 beautifully prepared meals arrived today! I couldn't decide which one to try first but decided on the shredded beef wrap which was delicious! The others have been distributed into the fridge and freezer (brilliant that I can freeze them!) A brilliant, well thought out idea that is convenient and healthy and with great meal choices...Something to suit everybody 🙌 10/10 More...
