After trying a few samples at a food festival. I purchased a Masaman Curry recipe kit. I was impressed initially at the content of the kit, which included not only the curry paste but whole spices & lime leaves too. I followed the cooking instructions and couldn't be happier with the final product. It tasted as scrumptious as it smelt. The delicate flavours left me wanting more. I'm more than happy to recommend the dish from Padian Foods and the lady I purchased the kit from couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful. More...
