What inspired you to start your own business?
Pawel Asif Development its private limited company, founded by two directors, Asif Khan and Pawel Uczciwek in October 2017. PAD offers integrated project management, architectural and construction management services. We are driven by commitment to create unique and innovative products which express the cultural heritage of the city and offer an innovative design for modern society.

As an integrated project management, design and construction company, PAD can manage all aspects of the project, from acquisition, design, construction, through till completion. PAD ensures that quality, design-intent and cost controls are achieved in each project by providing hands-on management. Our company structure aims to see the latest construction methodology utilizing off-site solutions to reduce time, improve quality and have control of the materials used on site. We constantly looking forward to take on new challenges, collaborate with others, and push the residential development boundary to improve the delivery of each project.
Our combined experience in all work stages, combined with a fresh understanding and experience in digital fabrication, digital coordination and multidisciplinary practice gives us a youthful insight into the future of construction.

All our employees are currently working from home, we minimizing site visits where possible without affecting our client expectations
Project Management
PAD Management provides full project management services allowing you to control risk and creating opportunities to maximize the value for developments. PAD can deliver project leadership, commercial success and construction excellence by working with cost consultants, architects, engineers and local government agencies.
Architecture
PAD Architecture provides full design services at a high quality including design management services. Our portfolio profile primarily focuses on residential and commercial buildings. We are an ARB accredited practice with RIBA registered Architects who works closely with other consultants.
Construction Management
PAD Construction provides onsite delivery management service, where we control programme, coordination and installation of the project. We provide a project specific delivery strategy which than allows us to select, appoint and manage subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure that project is delivered at minimum risk, on time, budget and to the highest quality.
