Mark was a great communicator, booked an appointment nice and quickly, very pleasant and understood our needs.

We appointed this company and no one turned up to do the clean, we contacted them and we were not communicated with for 2 days. I then got a reply that we needed to find another company, i asked why and no reply, my manager then called and he was told that staff had waked out of the business therefore they had no one to clean.
