I highly recommend Dr Costa for a multidisciplinary attitude to my treatments for my chronic illness using a course of fibro massages, ozone therapy, and laser. A combination of treatments helped to relieve stress, anxiety, and first widespread pain. Pilates exercises were also recommended by Dr Costa which also help to keep pain and flare-ups away. My condition is manageable now after a full course but I will definitely visit Dr again when my pain goes out of control. More...

I wanted to try a different experience which would bring more relaxation and freedom to the body not just usual lying on the bed with no movement possibility. I decided to go for tantric massage which is on the floor with lots of space, comfort and body freedom.The place was decorated with beautiful scented, warm candles, mesmerising light and delicate music to benefit to senses pleasure. Dr Costa works in Lanarkshire area so he visits his customers due to usual extreme pain they experience and any trip makes it worse.
Dr Costa is a very experienced professional in physiotherapy, chiropractic and massages. He uses different techniques to release pain cause by injuries or autoimmunology diseases like fibromyalgia, ME or CFs.
Initialy Dr Costa does a full consultation to ask all medical questions before any pain relief technique is chosen.
I can highly recommend Dr Costa who arrived on time, made himself space and carried treatments accordingly to my fibromyalgia.Im very happy with results now and will be booking him again.
Additionally Dr Costa offers really reasonable prices in comparison to clinics in Glasgow and Lanarkshire who first of all are limited with their qualifications and dont offer home visits which puts me off especially when I need to climb stairs.
If you are in pain for whatever reason book him asap as this will be well spent money on your health and life comfort.
