The price and pick up time was agreed with the cab company when I called to pre book. The cab turned up early and I had to call them to get them to come back to collect us. No communication between the cab office and the driver, as he refused to accept the pre accepted price and insisted that it should be on a meter. Therefore, in future, the cab office must let drivers know if a pre accepted price was arranged to avoid any conflict and confusion. More...
