I contacted Oxford Employment Law back in October/November 2018 when a previous employee had decided they felt they were unfairly dismissed. I met with Marty Burn for the initial consultation to go through with him the circumstances and what the best course of action would be. Through the whole process i found them to be highly professional and very informative. Unfortunately the case did end up at a Tribunal which was not what we wanted but we were unable to come to an agreement out of Court.
