Friendly, helpful chap who helped me move a washing machine from a flat in London, E6 to a house in Rayleigh, Essex. He showed up on time, and priced the job very reasonably.
The only slight issue is that we had to carry the machine to and from the van together, which, luckily I was in a position to do. This could have been a problem were I, for whatever reason unable to (as it took both of us to do it). So, be sure to discuss exactly what help you will need when you book the job.
