After my son dropped my HP Spectre laptop I found myself in PC World as it was not charging. I was faced with a minimum 2 weeks without my laptop. I phoned Simon at Owl Tech in desperation. 3 hours later after he had checked all the components and reassembled the laptop it was handed back to me fixed. This saved me at least two weeks in time and even saved me money over the basic fee for a check up and data back up charged by PC World. No criticism of the service offered by PC World but definitely a huge recommendation for Owl Tech! More...

What do you love most about your job?
The flexibility and variety of working for myself and the fact that I can make a difference, I can help people with their digital lives, keeping them connected with business and family/friends alike. I also love the challenge of solving problems with PC's, Networks and associated IT Peripherals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was made redundant and "transferred" between companies one too many times and in 2012 I used my redundancy money to set up Owltech. I felt the need to take control of my own future rather than be a "cost" on someones spreadsheet ! and I am passionate about offering a service to people and companies that they will be happy with and they will refer me on to their colleagues, friends and family

I will offer you an honest and straight forward service. I will never undertake work I cannot do or work I will not be able to do properly. Above all else I will never, ever try to blind you with technobabble.

PC / Laptop Repair
Broken Screen ? PC not starting ? Owltech can investigate and quote to repair your failed IT devices.
If we cant fix it we can easily quote to replace with new or reconditioned items
Data Recovery
All types of Media considered. Hard Drives, USB Sticks, SD Cards etc. etc.
If it is a simple software issue then Owltech can recover your data in house. Occasionally the fault requires specialist equipment and services that we do not have. in this case we sub contract this extremely specialist service out to a couple of the countries most experienced data recovery laboratories.

Wired or Wireless networking, large or small networks. We can supply, install and maintain your physical network and all of the devices attached to it.
