Have used them on previous occasions and found Lee to be friendly and efficient - makes no mess and leaves the oven sparkling clean. However on this occasion, the catch to the oven door (which was worn but functional) broke during cleaning, leaving me with an oven that is clean but useless. This was not pointed out before I was charged the full £145 cleaning fee. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have put these safety measures in place, including:
Staff will wear disposable gloves, mask and shoe covers on entering your home and they will be removed once they have left the property;
We have provided our technicians with antibacterial hand gel, hand wipes and antibacterial cleaning wipes/spray.
We will also call you for payment via debit card or you can pay by bank transfer.
Oven Cleaning
Professional oven cleaning service using non caustic solutions in your home and a specialist van mounted tank.
Single ovens can take up to 1.5 hours, double ovens can take up to 2.5 hours and ranges can take up 4 hours.
All ovens cleans include the silver racks.
If the door can be split we will remove the door and clean between the glass panels to remove any spills.
If the back plate can be removed to give us access to the fan - we remove this and clean behind the backplate and the fan - the build of grease and carbon behind the backplate can be a fire hazard.
Hobs and Extractors
We will remove the grease and burnt on carbon from the pan stands (trivets) and all the burner pieces as well as the surface of the hob.
Extractors - external parts of the extractor and degreased and stainless steel polished. the extractor filters are degreased and if required we will change the paper colour change filter.
Microwave cleaning
Remove all burnt on food residue.
BBQ Cleaning
Throughout May - September we will deep clean BBQ's ready for the summer. Using a steam clean and the van mounted tanks for the racks we will remove the burnt on carbon.
Aga Cleaning
We clean the Aga enamel top along with the inside of the lids and the ovens. We we will make the outside of the Aga gleam bringing it back to near showroom condition. If you inner Aga lids are damaged and require replacing or need new insulation or new rope seals we can also carry out this work. Aga's do need to be turned off 24 hours prior to our visit do that they are cold to the touch.
Washing Machines
Washing machines can often be neglected. There can be a build up in the soap dispenser drawer and the filter. We will clean the soap drawer, empty and clean the filter. Clean the seal and then run a degreaser/descaler through the machine - making it fresh again.
Dishwasher Cleaning
People think that dishwashers clean themselves, but this is not true. All that food deposits from your dishes build up into the filter and the arms of the dishwasher.
We will steam clean the seals and rack runners. We will steam the washing arms and the filters to remove any food debris.
We will then run a dishwasher degreaser/descaler to finish off to keep all the internal parts clean and keep your dishwasher smelling fresh.
Fridge Freezer Cleaning
Fridges and freezers, if not cleaned regular can have a build up of bacteria in the seal and inside of the fridge and the build up of ice can reduce the energy efficiency of the appliance.
We will remove all food and store it in our freezer bags whilst we carry out the deep clean of your fridge freezer. Using a steam cleaner we will steam clean the inside of the appliance and the seal. We will then wipe out with a sanitising spray and the repack your fridge.
For the freezer we will remove the food and place in our freezer bags and then defrost the freezer and sanitise and then repack all your food.
BBQ Cleaning
We will remove all the carbon and grease from your BBQ as well as those creepy crawlies that have been making their home in your bbq over the winter. We'll have your BBQ ready for the summer.
The racks are placed in our specialist van mounted cleaning tank removing all the burnt on food residue. The rest of the BBQ will be steam cleaned and polished.
