Andy was very helpful when we visited the showroom in Sheffield. We are very pleased with the fitted wardrobes that we ordered from Spaceslide. We have given a 5 star rating here to particularly emphasise the excellent customer service that we have received. When the wardrobes were first fitted we experienced some problems with the edges of the doors. It took a number of remedial visits to get this issue resolved, but throughout the whole process we never had to chase for any updates from Spaceslide; there was never any question or challenge about getting replacement doors; communication was clear and efficient throughout; and the fitters were always exceptionally helpful and efficient and turned up at the times that they said.Now that the issues have been resolved we are very happy with the finished product and would like to compliment Spacelide on their excellent customer service More...

The sales, customer service and installation team have all been good, everyone was friendly & polite and replied to queries without delay. On the day our wardrobes were installed 3 guys arrived on time, they all took their shoes off were friendly, clean and tidy, they also vacuumed before they left. A class act from start to finish.From Scott in the Swindon showroom who was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and very patient! He also visited us at home to check our measurements were correct. He is a pleasure to do business with and a credit to his parents.As promised our wardrobes were delivered and fitted before Christmas(12th Dec) The two fitters were very pleasant, very accomplished in their work and accommodated some minor tweaks we asked for. It is a very good product and we are pleased with the result. The delivery men were very helpful in a fairly difficult situation with knob at the bottom of the stair rail! The only problem was that the wooden plinth to go under the bottom rail was too thick to allow the doors to hang and we had to buy a thinner plinth in order complete the job without delay. More...

Great quality and finish.only thing I would add is the last two installations the side rails to the panel are not glued so when my customer trys to open the doors they come off so I've been adding some silicone to hold in place

Was first told about space slide by a customer who gave me there number So after a little shopping around deciding on who to go to we choose to go with space slide And got to be honest was the right choice We arranged to pop in the Lichfield branch where very nice member by the name Nicole greeted us and made us welcome She was very polite easy to chat with and made the whole process of going through the order very easy No big sales pitch what we wanted was noted and she gave great advice but not over powering just made it nice and simple Once we chosen our colour and what style of door was ordered no messing Nicole was very polite and took all the hassle out of itSo couple of weeks later stuff was delivered all wrapped no damage brought into the house so can’t complain But any problems I am sure space slide would do up most best to solve The doors look quality and smart Totally transform the room Good quality and they where just the standard doors we had If had the money spare would happily go for the top spec which was offered to us but not pressured into having was purely down to money as we had a budget which in my eyes well worth it Don’t get me wrong you can be cheaper in more or less 99% of stuff but you get what you pay for Quality Great service And help and advice Would strongly recommend using Nicole and her team any day

Absolutely fantastic! Becky in the Hale showroom is a fountain of knowledge and helped us choose the doors, which are nearly 4 m wide. We used Spaceslide precisely because we felt it was better to have a personal touch rather than just online. Our joiner made a custom built interior and Becky was available on the phone with installation queries when he had them. Overall we had a great experience from start to finish with Spaceslide getting some built in wardrobes from a bedroom. There was a slight error with measurements which meant it couldn’t be fitted out our initial installation date but the team at head office and the fitters dealt with this brilliantly and got us a new date within days. Big thanks to Steve and Charlie who did a great job fitting the wardrobes and making sure we had all the info on contacting head office and guarantees. From the designing the wardrobes to having it fitted, I cant believe how straightforward the process was! The lady who designed our wardrobe was knowledgeable-she knew the product, designed it well and gave us solutions to any problems & was quick to respond to any queries we had! Graham from the Farnham office was extremely helpful, he even arranged to fit my survey in earlier to meet my timescales. The workman contacted me the night before installation and arrived promptly and went through the designs so ensure everything was as expected . Wow, what can I say!We went over to Hemel Hampstead showroom and Darren showed us around. No hard sale he just gave us all the information we needed and some samples to take home so we could match up our colours. We then contacted Darren and he arranged for a survey to be done at our home. We then ordered the same day.We went for a fully fitted service which was the best thing ever. The fitters were fantastic. They explained how it was going to look before they started and offered advice on a couple of tweaks which made the final finish look so professional and elegant. So we phoned spaceslide and got put through Andy Greaney , couple of days later he popped over for a measure and quote.Andy was helpful and full of ideas, we picked the wardrobes we liked. What a pleasant experience - No hard sell - helpful design info - cost on point and great fitters. Having had two other quotes from leading advertised on TV companies offering discounts and further discounts and still coming up with ridiculous figures.
