Shaun and his team cleared my late parents housefor me. Due to being over 2 hours away, we could not meet in person. So everything was done over the phone, email and WhatsApp.
The quote was based on photos I sent him and going over the contence of the house on the phone. Giving him a rough idea of what was there and needed doing. He was very empathetic to the situation and there was no pressure to choose his company.
Once I had engaged his services he touch base to discuss things further set the date, explain how they work ect. On the day he kept me informed of when he had finished what he had done with the keys. He then sent me photos of the house to show that the work had been carried out.
The invoice I received is the same as what I was originally quoted. There were no hidden extras. The cost to clear the house was very reasonable. Some of the quotes to carry out the work were extortionate.
If I ever need a clearance company again Our House Clearsence will definitely be my 1st port of call. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The variety in the houses we clear and the customers we meet. Every house is different and every customer is at the heart of our business. We thrive on providing the best service for an affordable price so people can take the worry out of clearing a house. Sadly, a large amount of jobs we receive are following the loss of a family member so it's really fulfilling to help ease the strain during an already difficult time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing property clearances for a number of years part time whilst also maintaining a full time desk job. After 25 years working behind a desk it was time to take my knowledge of clearances and take the leap into doing it full time.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a personal friendly touch and because we're a local small business we are able to do that for a cost that doesn't break the bank. With house clearance it is sometimes difficult to find a good price without hiring rogue traders so our prices are built personally to your situation with no hidden costs. We provide fixed quotes so once you receive a price for the job that figure will not increase.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our customer's comfort and happiness are a priority for us so whilst there's no longer a requirement for us to wear masks, if our customer would be more comfortable with us wearing one we have absolutely no issue with that.
