Ouch First Aid

Michelle from Ouch First Aid has visited the college 3 times to train the Aviation students and assist the Cabin Crew first aid training. Her knowledge of first aid and airline AvMed was outstanding and gave the students her first hand professional training and insight into potential medical situations. Michelle covered all areas of first aid including CPR, recovery positions, lifesaving skills and how to confidently handle first aid. The students were engaged and felt comfortable to take part in the practical activities. The skills they have learnt over the full training days with Michelle will help them in all walks of life from every day, to training courses and the workplace. Feedback from the students was really positive and felt Michelle made the day fun and informative. They felt confident in what they have learnt and that the training was up-to-date and relevant to them. I can strongly recommend Michelle to any workplace or educational institution. Michelle has also awarded the students a certificate to show participation in her full training course. A huge thank you to Michelle and we look forward to seeing her again in the college.
