West African food is tipped to be one of the biggest food trends of 2020 - I came to Tosin's supper club to have a taste of the cuisine! Absolutely wonderful supper club in West Yorkshire, very intimate and friendly, it was like being at a family meal! I attended alone but was made to feel so welcome by her family! The food is OUTSTANDING - she's really put the time into creating the dishes and you can TASTE it! Tosin introduces all of her dishes to give you some context, so don't worry if something doesn't sound familiar - it really makes you appreciate how skilled and exciting Nigerian cuisine is! First time cooking with OSO chilli sauce and I must say it was absolutely gorgeous! Made a bean and lentil chilli and added the OSO sauce instead of chilli powder or fresh chilli. It added so much flavour. A little bit also goes a long way . Can’t wait to try it in something else. More...

I've recently purchased three jars or OSO chilli sauce and although I don't like very spicy food I've found myself addicted to this stunning sauce and would highly recommend to anyone a little goes a long way
