My friend took me to Oshibori when I was visiting Dundee and I absolutely loved it! Sushi is fresh and beautiful and I would recommend the bento box to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Oshibori. I enjoyed reading the owners back story in an article before visiting.

The food and drinks were beautiful, a lot of heart went into the display and taste of the food, it was incerdible, the best chicken i have had.

The interior is original and authentic, I feel like I was transported to another world. The paintings and art are produced by the owner, who also cooks, everything comes together beautifully.

The best part about my dining experience was the friendly staff, the waiter "Geri" was very welcoming and attentive towards us and the other guests, he gave us his undivided attention and made sure that our cup didn't run dry. With 5 tables all dining at once, Geri seemed to manage the whole restaurant alone with skill and first class service, he is very talented.

Very authentic Japanese restaurant with peaceful atmosphere, very nice Japanese lady served us and explained the menu thoroughly. I was very surprised with the choice of food to pick from, we tried few starters and three main courses as all the dishes on the menu looked so appealing! Portions are on larger size too! Having been recommended this place by my friend, I decided to visit with my partner and god I was not disappointed. I opted for ramen and my partner had a sushi platter. Best restaurant I know (^-^)
The staff are very friendly and polite and food wait times are usually less that 10 minutes.
Their food is very high quality and looks nice too!
Their main meals are also really big too so we sometimes have to bring food home in a bowl.
I always have a three course meal and we are usually in there for a good few hours just eating and relaxing.
The pricing seems to be perfectly reasonable for what they offer, I usually pay around £30 - £40 for a three course meal and 2 drinks (I get thirsty lots XD) although some of the items they have are more expensive which I haven't tried yet but will when I can afford it as the images they have online look like they are very high quality.
