I am a sole tutor who has a experience teaching KS4, KS4 and KS5 science.
I have been teaching online to ensure students can receive effect support to their learning and to ensure it is economical for tutees.
I run one to one tuition sessions and small group session which gives the customer flexibility in their tuition options.

I am currently a year 10 student and next year I'll be doing my GCSE exams. David was a great tutor and helped me with everything I needed to cover.
Especially with lockdown, I needed extra help to keep up with the work he should be doing.
We covered biology and the topics included photosynthesis, evolution and genetics. We went through key misconceptions about those topics and more, and did practice exam questions.
I will carry on using David as a tutor.

What do you love most about your job?
Being a specialist science tutor enables me to support clients in achieving their aspirations by attaining the grades they aspire towards. Giving the clients the opportunity to thrive in a subject known to be one of the most difficult subjects to attain good grades is extremely satisfying. I work in uplifting my clients to levels they may not have known were possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am inspired by the many people around me who venture into providing a service that is needed by the community. I endeavour to support the next generation in their education in providing a tailored service that best suits their style of learning.

Being accommodating is a key attribute I hold in ensuring that I am available for my clients at nearly any time. I am flexible in my approaches to education and I work for my clients, ensuring that they are maximising their value out of each session.

Hourly rate: £20
GCSE Science that covers all three disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
Sessions will include competent overviews of the topics and exam style questions to build confidence and interpreting exam questioning.
GCSE Science tuition - group session
Hourly rate: £15
GCSE Science that covers all three disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)

A level tuition - single tuition
Hourly rate: 22.50
KS5 (AS, A2, Eduqas and BTEC) Science that covers all three disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
