Dawn helped me to reorganise my conservatory this winter, removal of items that were taking up space and a rejig of the sofas has made a big difference and we use the space much more now. I'm now set up and selling on Vinted and very happy to be sending items off to be used by someone else and happy to have a few extra pennies too! She also noticed gaps where cold air was coming in, now filled, the space is warmer too. Thoroughly recommend :) More...

What do you love most about your job?
Removing a worrisome problem from someone is like taking weight off their shoulders. This is what decluttering does, it allows me to help someone to feel better through sorting, removing, recycling or donating what no longer serves them. The feeling and sense of achievement of helping someone to get space back, both physically and in every other sense is uplifting
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a business owner for the last decade or so. I was an Operations Director working in the flexible office space sector. This is where I gain experience and hone my skills in creating spaces that were open, welcoming and inviting to clients, visitors and the teams.
I prefer now to use my experience and skills to support people to clear out spaces and enjoy their home or office environments
Why should our clients choose you?
I enjoy engaging with people and finding connections, whether that be an interest, a book, a view on the world there is usually something you can find a connection on. We are all human and we love to connect.
I bring a safe pair of hands, supportive, kind and non judgemental.
Entering someone's house is entering their private space that they hold dear and I respect them and their space and where I can make it function better for their daily lives and hopefully bring some calm

Services are mainly offered in person as the work is done in the persons home or office environment. If people would like advice and support online this can be arranged
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Some time has passed since lockdown but we now live with Covid.
Therefore where required for households which are immunocompromised then then use of well-fitted mask will be used along with use of hand sanitisers.
Respirators such as KN95 and N95 masks would be used as they offer higher protection.

We tend to have a lot of 'stuff' which not always serves us well.
