Just had another physio session with Kat at Aylesbury and just wanted to thank her very much for her help with my recent injury and her knowledge and understanding of my pre existing conditions. Kat is the best physiotherapist I have met and she has worked out some huge, very painful knots in my shoulders and back which has significantly reduced my pain levels. Although it is a painful process I trusted Kat and she worked her magic on my trigger points which has helped tremendously. I am sorry to see her go and shall miss her but wish her all the best for the future. More...

Following a significant road traffic incident I was referred to the Bedford Clinic for physio. I was in pain and consequently sleep deprived and anxious about my injuries.
Jess was my physiotherapist and she was excellent. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and was very reassuring. She gave me exercises to follow (which I did twice every day) and soon I was feeling much better physically. On my visits to the clinic I never felt rushed and was always listened to. One time when Jess was on holiday I saw Alison who was just as professional and caring and gave a memorable and beneficial shoulder massage.
Overall it was a great experience at an unfortunate time. I'm feeling much recovered and I'd have no hesitation about returning in the future or referring others to this clinic - thank you.

Alex is a miracle worker!! I went to see him with a bad lower back (couldn't get out of bed, it locked in place, and i could hardly walk) and after the first visit with Alex I had more movement and could comfortably move, after the second I practically skipped out! Highly Recommend!
