I had Steve from optimal out to carry out a roof survey on one of my properties in the Wigan area. He done a thorough inspection of the roof and made me aware of the issues found from the survey followed up by photos and recommendations for a new roof going forward which was fully guaranteed!
The works carried out by Steve’s team was first class, very neat and tidy followed by beginning to end photos to show me the whole transformation and progress made.
I have continued to use these guys on my other properties for various other roofing and building works and would highly recommend these guys for a first class service from the get go!

I've always wanted to start my own buisness due to having the get up and go and my strict attention to detail people just don't have that anymore.

No we like to view everything before quotation. Reason being is we are the trained eye and what we see will be totally different to what the client sees, we do this day in and day out we visualise without trying and also know signs of faults.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We tend to be more external than internal except for our conversions that being said we don't like to have access throughout the project due to safety reasons.
All tools are sanitised with sanitary bases around our work areas, masks are often worn anyway due to dust particles created.
