How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
First you need to assess the structure for any obvious cracks or structural defects, then consider how you could form an access from the house to the converted garage and finally, consider whether the garage once converted would be of a suitable size for the room you desire.

You must also consider whether the loft once converted would comply and cover all relevant parts of the technical standards, such as fire, safety, environment and energy.
