I completed a 6 Week Chllenge with Oli, and it was my first time doing anything with a trainer. Though it was online, the fact that a workout plan with caloric and macro goals were placed before me (based upon my own personal fitness goals), made me want to be sure I got it done. So it was an accountability thing, because I didn't want to check-in and not have been able to report I did my very best. Oli made this first-time experience with a trainer excellent. The workout plan he laid out for me really pushed me (which is what I wanted), and the weekly Skype sessions (optional, but I highly recommend them) to check-in to see how things were going were great! He adjusted my macros as necessary, based upon my feedback on how each week went for me and what my overall goals were. Oli is a great trainer, great guy, and very easy to talk to. He is not intimidating (as some people can be), knows his stuff, and truly wants to help you reach your goals. I trained with Oli for 3 months and even though I didn't put the effort in I should have, I still lost 1 and a half stone on his amazing plans. His exercises are fun yet challenging and keep you on your toes. He was brilliant at explaining all the new things I didn't know about getting fit such as macros and various exercises. With hectic work schedule where I travel quite a bit for work, I decided to invest in some PT to stay in shape and challenge myself. I've had a few PT trainers in the past and none add up to what you get with Oli. He is helpful, teaches good form and technique which is key to injury-free exercise and he always mixes it up making the sessions fun yet challenging. I have been training with Oli for a number of weeks now and as an experienced gym goer and training with various PT's in the past I was very selective as to who I wanted to train with. Oli has great credentials and I have to say that I enjoy every session with him. The first consultation I had with Oli was excellent explaining everything and discussing my aims and goals.
