Hello, and welcome. If you are struggling with your mental health in any way, I am here to help. I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working with adults aged 18+ via video call. I have experience of working with issues ranging from bereavement, grief and loss to depression, anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem, anger and relationship problems. I also have specialist knowledge of autism. I use video call technology and my entire practice is paperless. This means that although I am based in Essex and have local clients, I can also work with clients nationwide at convenient times. Sessions last 50 minutes each and cost £45.
