Same day I posted the Bark, Ash came over to inspect the issue with my roof. Ash came out quickly and gave me a quote and realised it was a job that needed doing quickly, so managed to fit me in as soon as he could and the guys worked 2 days solid.

Ash has even come out 2 months later as I had a concern that may have been related, turns out it something completely unrelated to the job he had done and advised me on how to fix the problem.

Ash was originally scheduled to fix my leaking roof on a Thursday , the weather forecast over the previous weekend was for driving heavy rain, Ash contacted me to say he could do the job on Monday if that was OK as he realised I wanted the job done ASAP. He arrived on time on the Monday, did exactly what he said he would do, tested the job with a couple of buckets of water and had clearly fixed the leak.
