What inspired you to start your own business?
Online Divorce Services evolved from the partners high street Family Law business when the Covid pandemic hit. As with many businesses at that time we had to reassess how best we could serve our clients; we couldn't physically meet them and many people were hit financially leaving life changing things such as divorce unachievable for many. We assessed our existing practice and simply moved it online- doing this reduced our business overheads which left us able to offer even better prices for our clients - it was a solution where all parties won.
Online Divorce Services (www.myonlinedivorce.co.uk) is still built on the solid foundations of the partners legal expertise and experience along with the world class service that has been our hallmark throughout practice. However it is much more than that; a google search brings up no end of payday loan type divorce providers where expertise is limited and client care is zero- it is our opinion that there is no place for these providers in an area as delicate as divorce. Likewise, local divorce solicitors are plenty- but who really wants to pay such extortionate fees? Our inspiration was to make a difference- we want to bridge the gap between the low cost, low ability online pay day loan type divorce providers and the high cost, hidden cost local divorce solicitor.
