Chris and the team at 0ne to one tutoring are absolutely fantastic! My son has 1:1 with them and they cater for his needs and have really helped him. I mentioned to Chris that Dylan has adhd and autism so he made sure we have a tutor who understands these needs too! My son finished his 11+ tutoring with Chis, Nic and Rhi in September and I can happily say that they were all brilliant throughout the whole journey. Really excellent, would definitely recommend. My son loved coming to his lessons in the group and the one to ones. Nic in particular went over and above with little videos and tailored assistance. He thoroughly enjoyed his learning experience with One to One tutoring, at no point did it feel forced but educational and fun. We can’t recommend Chris enough! Our son was incredibly well-prepared for both the GL and CEM style 11+ exams. Chris provided excellent tuition but also made himself available for all the questions we had along the way. Our son has taken Chris’s ‘techniques’ into the classroom and his core academic skills have noticeably improved. My daughter has been going to Chris’s year 4 tutoring sessions since September, first on line and then in small group sessions. We were planning to start 11+ tutoring in year 5, but as our attempts at home schooling whilst working from home during the pandemic were frankly terrible, we thought we’d better start earlier. What a great decision. Her recent report showed that has she has not only caught up with the expected year 4 standards but is now working at greater depth in maths and is reading at year 6 level.
