Q&As

I love being able to help people. Seeing patients progress from being in pain and being unable to do the activities that they enjoy to being able to perform at their best, pain free, is amazing.

I wanted to have more control of my time and how many people I could help.

Long term results is what we strive for with our patients. We don't want to just give patient's temporary relief, forcing them to keep coming back for more sessions. We want to solve the problem for good.

We can see patients face to face or virtually via video link.

All patients are called the day before their appointment to confirm that they do not have covid and have not been near anyone who does.
We take the temperature of everyone coming into clinic, anyone with a high temperature is sent home.
Our therapists all wear full PPE - gloves, surgical mask and apron
We have gaps between appointments to ensure that patients are not crossing one another and this gives our therapists time to fully disinfect the room between every appointment.
Staff take lateral flow tests twice a week and have all been double vaccinated.

Services

To treat injuries effectively a thorough examination needs to be completed first, all of our staff are highly trained in our initial patient consultation.

Massage has a whole host of benefits including, acute improvements in joint range of motion, reduced muscular tension, helps relax excited nerves and a reduction in pain.

Medical Acupuncture or dry needling helps stimulate sensory nerve cells to reduce pain felt in a muscle.

Although hands on therapy has many benefits the best way to find a long term solution for your injury is through exercise therapy. This will include mobility work and strengthening in our private gym.

These can help to improve the range of movement at a joint by reducing both pain and stiffness. In turn, this can help aid the mechanics of the joint and improve range of motion.
